Last week it was not a week like any other week of course I had to do the usual stuff, juggling children, house, work and everything that goes with the stay at home mum, something exciting happened I got invited to the Adore Magazine Book Launch, I got to meet in person a group of fantastic women I have had contact with them in some form or another through blogging or Instagram.
Let's start with Loni Parker editor and founder of Adore Home Magazine the book she has produced is just wonderful, so many beautiful photographs of interiors, there is something for everyone, the photographs are of real people's interiors, Loni and her team have captured the most incredible photographs and what I loved the most was Loni's thank you speech it was just wonderful to hear the story of a dream come true and for someone to take the plunge and follow her dreams and to be working at what she enjoys the most.
The evening was so much fun I got to meet some of the ladies from Instagram and I was in stitches for most of the night well it was a combination of the good conversation and the one or two vinos I had.
I also got to visit some dear friend's newly renovated home, it was a gem that needed to be polished and what a fantastic job they have done with the cooks kitchen the polished floors and the wonderful garden but most importantly the hospitality was incredible, we had the most yummy food for brunch and I got to give them a little hostess gift from the Whitecottage it was a good morning indeed.
I finished the week with my favourite people, my little family, it was Sunday we spend loads of time gardening, playing and a BBQ.
Well onto another week.
