My Cookie take away
tradition started nearly 6 years ago when I was preparing myself to go to the hospital to have my first munchkin. I baked a bunch of cookies to take to the hospital to give my guests when they came to visit our bundle of joy, I baked a couple of hundred and I am glad!!! so many friends and family came to visit and what a better way to celebrate the gift of life than with a cuppa and cookie I was in heaven.
These days I bake cookies all the time they make a good little indulgence when we go on a road trip or a play at the park. What I love mostly is they make a good Christmas present in a glass jar and Voila!!!

I am mad about all things unique, whimsical, vintage or vintage inspired, when I saw Victoria Blue's beautiful little girls dresses she instantly had a client for many many years to come not only does she make amazing girls dresses she also creates amazing little boys outfits but most importantly she is a gorgeous person to speak and spent time with.
This afternoon I went to her new space I walked in and I totally loved it. So beautiful, surrounded by vintage pieces for the home, gorgeous girls and boys clothes inspired by times gone by, I loved the vintage feel of her space I just wanted to move everything to my place and will be definitely going back for a little mirror I have my eye on.
Today I had my whimsical moment and as you gather I loved it and thanks Victoria for creating Victoria Blue and the most beautiful children's creations.
you can find her on facebook and on the web which has an online shop
PS. this is not sponsored post its just an appreciation of a person who creates beautiful things and is a beautiful person.
Yesterday was a nice sunny day so we decided to go for a drive to Redcliffle I knew that the Redcliffle Handmade Markets were on and they did not disappoint at all, they were boutique style, the stallholders had some amazing merchandise and they were all so friendly, I found myself talking with the owner of Dolly Varden coffee van I have met her before at other markets I totally adore her van and secretly want to her job I love the retro van and how fun would it be to make all those people happy with a hot cuppa.
After the markets we went across the road for some fish and chips and sat by the grass gazing at the sea water, was a fun afternoon it was, we are definitely going back next month.
There is nothing better than home-handmade and it was great to see some FANTASTIC people showing their craft.
I think its time for a cuppa, enjoy this sunny cold sunday!!!!!
